Personal hygiene is important in our society (especially in robotics). It is the act of caring for one's body. It is this cleanliness which allows a person to be more comfortable in their own skin. There are many different forms of personal hygiene, but for PH FIRST, we focus on the cleanliness at competitions.

PH FIRST's Goal
Our goal is to provide both students and mentors with a cleaner environment, without stress, during FIRST competitions. We provide team members and spectators at competitions with deodorant wipes, hand sanitizer, nail files, alcohol wipes, breath mints, etc. We were inspired by m.e. FIRST, founded by FRC team 1868, Space Cookies, which focuses on providing menstrual products at competitions.

We are FRC team 9455, the DinoMights! We started PH FIRST because we felt like educating the community about the importance of personal hygiene was a good thing to do! We know events like tournaments can be stressful and wanted to help everyone feel good about themselves.
We are part of the STEAM Syndicate, a 501C3 non-profit serving Livingston County, MI, which has community-based, student-led robotics teams and other STEM/STEAM programs.
